So guys I was wonder about Lynne's lawyers as now it is refered that she has her own legal team. So here you are all information I found!

Gladstone N. Jones, III:

Gladstone N. Jones, III, is the founding member and business manager of Jones, Swanson, Huddell & Garrison, LLC. He has served as lead counsel in litigation pending in New York, Florida, California, Mississippi, and Louisiana. In 2007, Jones was named one of the top 500 litigators in the United States. His practice focus is divided between complex commercial business disputes and toxic tort and environmental pollution matters involving landowners in the oil and gas industry. He has built a reputation in the legal community as a successful litigator and aggressive advocate. Because of his impressive background and reputation, Jones was approached by the Southeast Louisiana Flood Protection Authority – East to represent it in coastal land loss litigation that was ultimately filed in July of 2013 against ninety-seven oil and gas companies.

Jones has been active in the Louisiana Association of Justice, has been an adjunct professor at Tulane University Law School in Toxic Torts, and is a regular speaker at various continuing legal education seminars. He serves on the Board of Trustees of Xavier University, a private historically black college in New Orleans.

Jones graduated from Tulane Law School in 1992 after completing his undergraduate degree at Mississippi State University in 1987. He and his wife, Amanda, reside in New York City with their high school–age daughter.

Gladstone N. Jones, III (“Glad”) is Jones Swanson’s founding member. In 25 years of practice, Glad has litigated both environmental and commercial cases in New York, Florida, California, Mississippi and Louisiana. He has garnered numerous honors for his work.

Glad’s first major case, Friloux v. Exxon Corporation and Campbell Wells Corporation, in 1997, prompted changes in Louisiana’s rules concerning the handling and disposal of oilfield waste. Another one of his cases, Doré Energy v. Carter-Langham et al., resulted in what was then the largest land restoration judgment in Louisiana history—$57 million. In 2010, Glad was lead counsel on Active Solutions et al. v. Dell, Inc., et al., which not only resulted in a verdict against the technology giant Dell, but also set the stage for the later criminal conviction of then-New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin. In 2013, the Southeast Louisiana Flood Protection Authority–East hired Glad to bring a case against nearly 100 oil, gas and pipeline companies in what The New York Times called “the most ambitious environmental lawsuit ever.” The SLFPA–E case prompted private landowners throughout South Louisiana to bring their own land-loss cases, and Glad represents several of those plaintiffs today.

In New Orleans, Glad serves on the boards of Xavier University and Stirling Properties. In New York City, he serves on the board of the Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History.

He seems for me like a big fish lawyer maybe not so related to family law but in this high profile case his experience with big cases can be so useful and I think this is this lawyer Lynne got from Louisiana's governor with his and his wife help.

He seem a bit less high profile lawyer but with a great experience in family and conservatorship laws. This is 100% someone who is needed in Britney's case.

In total it seems Lynne got big fishes to fight conservatorship and both lawyers fill each other perfectly if one lacks in some things second fills. And I am sure they are not cheap to hire...

Go Lynne!

Well....if Lynne is actually on Britney's side, this is good news. If Lynne is angling to extend the conservatorship to additional states in which Brit owns property, steal that property and any other assets that have remained out of the reach of the cabal and cover up crimes that have been committed already, under the cover of the conservatorship and even beforehand, then, retaining these lawyers is very bad news for Britney.

What is the timeline on Andrew Wallet resigning, in what seemed like a panic, and Lynne filing to obtain access to Brit's medical records and filing with interest in financial assets?

Sorry but anyone saying Lynne is on Britney's side needs to remember her book through the storm. This women has tried to profit off Britney just as much as anyone else.

The only saving grace is that she made enough by now that she is satisfied, but with this family I dont believe enough is ever enough. Who writes a book about their own daughter when she was still struggling and then goes on interviews to sell it.

Lynne is def not here in our girls corner. Britney gives her last i saw, 5,000 a month as allowance. And im pretty sure that allowance figure came from someone digging on here a few years ago. She writes the book to cover their ***** about events leading up to cship to make it seem like her and papa dukes r looking out for her. She also supposedly ****ed kevin or something, again that came from someone on here just a few days ago. And im pretty sure if papa dukes was really molesting brit, her mom knew and didnt care or was hired to allow it to happen since they were grooming her for mk ultra program. And then all the pimping to executives and what not to get her a contract. And then allowing her to fly off to sweden at 14 to record the album, which britney said she did ***** and fell in love with her producer out there...so she prob was given to max martin for a while in exchange for the pure banger that turned into her 1st album. Fight me

Guys this things are all in past, it's time to focus on what is now. Lynne made some mistakes in the past but it seems she is doing something for her daughter. Let's not forget she and Britney held hands during last May hearing and they were smiling and sat next to each other. She showed support to Britney last year let's not forget it. Now she has great lawyers involved and let's just wait and see what will happen.

But digging into past mistakes is not good. This is the reason why Britney is under conservatorship. Because they use 2007 against her.

You forget to mention that Britney set a resting order against Lynn that forbids her to see the boys. Britney gave it to Lynn personally on the set of Zoey 101. It was around the time the rumors pop up Lynn had *** with Kevin. Until today we don´t know why Britney did this, but people think it was because of the thing with Kevin.

I just don’t trust Lynne yet, we’ll have to wait and see but remember she’s had 12 years to free her and even if she thought Britney needed that massive control she could’ve moved to be by her daughter’s side and help her but she decided to stay in her Louisiana mansion (bought by Britney).

It was not RO just a letter and it was 13 years ago in 2007 its time to move on and focus on what is today and fact that Lynne showed support to Britney last year and hired great lawyers and is doing currently something to help her own daughter.

It seems people cannot do that. And I completely agree. People have misguided intent. I think they feel if they can make a person/suspect look bad it will help Britney but really it won't. We need facts. Not conspiracies. Not drama from the past. Similar to my las post, no judge on this planet is gonna care if Lynn screwed Kevin. Which highly unbelievable but the point is that doesn't matter. We have one goal. Free Britney. Don't let the few significant facts we have be diluted by the rest of this mess.

Yeah! And people forget that since except for a book Lynne didn't do anything else to to be in media and earn money out of fact she is Britney's mom. She didn't sing up for any reality show or something. It's been years since she did interview. She is silent.

When it comes for this 12 years of conservatorship yes she in the beginning supported it because she believed it was the only one way to save Britney and to get rid of Sam Lufti and from the leaked e-mails we know she asked Jamie to share with her medical reports and information. We know she had contact with Antony from Absolut Britney and asked him about Britney as it seems she was kept away. And remember that for years everyone was silent and didn't question conservatorship and it is forbidden to speak about it by law.

She shows she is not friendly with Lou any more. It seems Lou currently has Jamie and Jamie Lynne but not Lynne as she distanced herself from her.

And Lynne step up last year and currently she and her legal team are working on something. So let's stay positive. Let's remember she held hands with Britney during last May hearing and both were smiling.

And please let's not bring 2006-2008 any more and currently it is BS.

It seems like total gossip. Lynne conservative woman who stayed in toxic marriage for years out of responsibility and just because she wanted to do what was right in her opinion. Come on! I come from conservative society and I know that sleeping with daughter's husband is not what any Conservative religious woman would do. I think Britney had conflict with Lynne because she supported Kevin in custody battle as for Lynne Kevin seemed more stable and in better place and Britney started to be out of control. This reason is good enough to make argument with your own mother and ask her to stay away from you and your kids.

Plus for years Britney and her mom have great contact and seem in such a good place.

So guys let's leave past where it belongs in the past and focus on what we have now and on the future.

Plus Lynne is not friendly with Lou anymore, only Jamie and Jamie Lynne.

I agree this is all in the past, but you cant forget history or your doomed to make the same mistakes again. I think when it comes to the Britney and her moms relationship that's between them, but when it comes to the conservatorship anyone trying to get involved should be put under scrutiny for their true motives. Anyone who has the much control over someone's life needs to be scrutinized.
