Deconstructing Baby One More Time

So, I ran into this guy's video who is apparently a famous youtuber in Spain. I had never heard of him but his video was trending the other day and it still is my country; so that's some good exposure for Britney and this masterpiece. The guy basically says this song is amazingly produced and that it has so many elements of rock or even heavy metal :ehidk:

So, the guys basically praises the song left and right during the whole video...however, at the beginning I don't know why he felt the need to say that Britney is a different artist because she is "crazy" just like Michael Jackson and other artist were. But he says it's something "cool" because that makes them not bland as many current artist. :ririshade1: Like, couldn't you just keep the positive?! Anyway, you can tell he is a closeted stan who danced to Britney when he was a teenager.

And regarding the video, it just shows all the little details that makes this one of her most memorable tracks :qtbrit:

I consider eccentricity to be a highly positive trait - especially an an artist ❤️
It’s one of the best compliments, imo.

Normie = not interesting

I think Max originally intended on the song to be rock ish. Heard his early concept of it was like this slow rock ballad like a lot of rock bands like to do when they cover this song.

well, Max Martin used to be on a rock band, which according to wikipedia was "glam metal, funky metal" so it wouldn't surprise me he used some influences of those genres on his "pop" songs

yeah I remember how he enjoyed working with Pink because he was able to put more rock influences...he seems to miss it dearly as he doesn't think highly of pop music despite it being his bread and butter...grass is always greener on the other side I guess

This is awesome. What program is he using? Does someone know? Would be so awesome to strip songs like this.

Aren't those the files everyone shares here, steams or something?. I don't remember what they're called but it's basically every instrument isolated as if it was the acapella.
