It kinda makes sense that her “favorite” place to vacation is Hawaii as it’s still US territory and the cship still applies. Besides Hawaii has she been seen vacationing anywhere else in the past decade? Business trips don’t apply. I think Hawaii is as tropical as it gets for Brit

In the past she liked to travel the world, in 2002  after DWAD ends , she was planning a greece trip , Now i Understand why  britney don't vacation worldwide, i mean she could do bora bora instead of hawaii

I thought the c-ship does not extend to Hawaii? I remember it being in the news that Jamie tried to apply it to Hawaii and some other state but got denied?

My understanding is that conservatorships/guardianships can only be held by someone who resides in the same state as the person they are to oversee. Probate laws differ from state to state; there may be exceptions to this in some states or via greased palms.

Applied or not, they have her kids to hold her. That's why she had to stay in California. And she loves way too much her kids to not see them until they're 18
