It makes perfect sense why she's been different on stage

With all the abuse she's been going through since 2008 it's actually a miracle she's still alive and coherent. I feel ashamed now for thinking she lost her abilities on stage it now make perfect sense.

If i was her i think i would already be dead by now or end up in a mental institution a long time ago, she's been surrounded by toxic manipulative abusers for decades now. This girl truly is an angel, we don't deserve her.

I agree with you. But something must have happened between 2015-2016 because her performing was the best since primeney :crying1: Maybe that's the reason why she lipsyncs 100% of the time because she could say something :decisions:

no, the lipsynching was always here even at the very beginning, that's because she's not automatically capable to replicate her fake baby voice. It's actually creating damage on her vocal chord in the long run.. Even that they manipulated her into changing her real voice, that's so sad sad britney spears GIF

i haven't posted since like 2013 on this forum and Jordan made me log in to keep reading the threads, so hello everyone no one remembers me but its ok :hiii:

i've been following everything that's been going on and i was thinking the same the other day. i remembered when Britney cried during the first Circus Tour concert and we all thought she was emotional because of how much she missed performing... now, looking back, i think maybe she was crying because of how scared she was and how forced she was to do everything she was doing at that time and it breaks my heart :crying3: maybe i'm wrong but it would make sense now

I know she's been lipsyncing since forever :jj: but she used to sing sometimes live and her mic was on so it was possible to hear her breathing and sometimes even singing. There are many mic feeds on YT but since Circus they turned it on only for "I can't hear you"  :cuteidk:

It's because they finally let her write and be musically involved again. Glory was her baby and she had even more things up her sleeves that were meant to expose the conservatorship like the original Glory cover.

I haven't seen it but didn't people say that in the M+M's tour, that even though her knee injury was limiting her performance ability that she still was channelling the energy of Britney in her prime performances? If so then to be honest, I have a feeling that she probably would have returned to her career in the future if she started going to therapy and healing, cause even with Blackout, she still has writing credits on two songs and she was the executive producer. Her career definitely wasn't her #1 priority but I have a feeling she still somewhat cared a tiny tiny bit even if it wasn't much.

Bryan also said they were ALL extremely worn out by the end of the Circus tour. Damn, sis has really been unhappy the ENTIRE comeback era and she REALLY did not want to do FF. Could be why she refused to even lay any vocals down for BJ...

yes, maybe she felt like a caged animal in a circus from that moment on. like she sold her soul and that this was her life from that moment on.

My friend and I used to always make fun of Britney’s new performing skills. Or lack there of. Still loved her and supported but always made jokes about it. I now feel so ignorant. I’m Sorry Britney :(

She was mentally more happy and stable in the circus era. She actually DID seem present, and was very energetic in the songs off the album. Even tho, if she didn’t dance in the TCSBS, she delivered great performances. The FF era was were she started becoming overworked

I'm glad i've never called her lazy and always appreciated her! I can't believe how strong she's been throughout this whole time and I genuinely thought year by year her dancing skills got so much better (that's why I always stuck up for them)
