Jamie's surgery might have side effects though , and is said that he'll experience random gas when he clenches his butt cheeks

The thing that blows my mind about the medical/legal legitimacy of the conservatorship is - dementia isn’t a disease. It’s a SYMPTOM of a disease. So it would be their responsibility to find what that may (or may not) be, and I would argue that they would need to disclose that in order the gain the conservatorship in the first place. But they just said she “has dementia“ and went on their way to the bank.

she does not have dementia, if were like that she couldn't able to perform.

She maybe only depressed like being in jail, but you re not in the neutral mood that  its not your worst moments, but not the best also, and she is punishing with her kids situation thats all.
