"Okay, so the reason that I posted Sam's reply to my #FreeBritney-post was that he's unable to speak for himself. He's under difficult limitations and can't express himself and that how he feels and I want people to know because I think it's sad that fans actually thinks that he has something to do with this conservatorship or the dad or getting paid somehow to control her, when he would never do that as a person. But besides that he loves her and they would be married right now if it wasn't for the conservatorship. I want to clear up a few other things. I did not do a makeup for Britney for the Slumber Party video, I worked with Sam. I have done four or five other Britney videos in the past, signed NDA's on all those jobs but I can still express myself. The first time I ever met Britney was on the NSYNC video actually, the "girlfriend" video. So I was able to see her before the conservatorship and  after the conservatorship. And I've talked to her recently, briefly on the phone and I'm not claiming to be close to her or her family friend, it's just because I'm friends with Sam and she's sweet girl. She grabbed the phone and said the sweetest things in the earth which I will not reveal but I can tell you that the only time she's happy, is when Sam's there or her kids are there so any fan that wouldn't want him in her life or doesn't support the relationship must want her to be completely alone. He's the only good person in her life so that's why I'm putting this out, to fans to realize that he's a positive influence in her life. So hopefully today goes really well and although I signed an NDA, I can express myself and I will continue to express myself about it and because I love her, you know, I can't help it, she's the sweetest angel. Thank you, love you, bye"

"And now let's get to why there even is conservatorship. Like I said, I've met her before the conservatorship when she was free and happy and I've encountered her several times after the conservatorship when she's obviously absolutely miserable. Now, she shaved her head, she attacked the paparazzi and she accidentally exposed a part of her body. Celebrities nowadays intentionally exposes a part of their bodies, all the time and shaving your head is just an expression, you know, if anything, she was just trying to express herself at that point. And attacking a paparazzi is done by everyone. It's, you know, a natural reaction to people hounding you. The reason she was put in conservatorship was not to protect her health, it was only because of money. She supported the entire family. They thought she was on some downward spiral and wasn't going to be able to make money anymore. That was the only reason she was ever placed on a conservatorship and has been on prison for 12 years. The only place she can go or anything she can do, it's got to be work related or completely monitored. Like imagine being a prisoner with an ankle monitor bracelet and being monitored in every possible way. It's worse than that. So hopefully today goes well and I feel that it's gonna take a while to get her back on track even after this because all of the damage that they have done, but I know that she is ready and she's gonna do it if she gets the change. Another thing I wanted to say is that she does communicate with her fans through other secret little instagrams and stuff. She does let you guys know how she feels. I don't know if I was supposed to say that, if it falls under any NDA's I've signed *giggles* but... whatever"

How do we know? She was still dating Justin when he filmed the video, she could be there. He said he was there when she filmed her HBO special yet there isnt pictures or anyone said they saw him there at the time, for example.

You have to be very skilled and have a very good memory to lie ... and another word that I better save. At that time they made her impeccable makeup (at this moment I do not remember her name, but she was an African American woman).

It is assumed and rumored for years, years that she was with "someone" that night and that is why I remember perfectly.

i tried to search the exact dates the video was filmed but couldnt find, anyway it probably wasnt really filmed on new years eve bc Justin was with Britney in Hawaii in that 2001/2002 new years eve (there are tons of pictures of both there of course) and girlfriend video debuted on trl in january and march 2002 (there are two versions, the album and neptunes remix), so its not possible that was really filmed on new years eve, maybe close before they went to Hawaii.

 For what I understood, Sam's friends said he worked for the Nsync vídeo and he met Britney there.

But I do think some truth is in it. Why are so many people signing NDAs is the question. I get you need work but If ya think it's strange dont sign it and tell them to go else where.

I just dont think we can know for sure she wasnt there only bc of that 11 seconds video. 

I mean, I think they would travel to Hawaii to spend the new years eve there too, no? Just bc there arent pictures of them before January 2nd, it doesnt mean they werent there before that. Some years ago Britney said the best day of her life it was when she was 22 years old for new years eve in Hawaii. She was 22 years in the 2003/2004 new years eve, but we never heard any story about her being in Hawaii that year, so people always assumed she was talking about the 2001/2002 new years eve that she was in Hawaii with Justin. We all know Britney always confuses dates and her age (she said in the past she was 18 years old when she did bomt, for example). Another thing is they already spent new years eve together in Hawaii in 1999/2000. There are pictures of them together, thats why I think it makes sense they spent in 2001/2002 as well.

I dont think Justin was an angel, but maybe things really got worse after that SNL after party, that was always the rumour anyway, and I believe she had smt with Wade. If the letter story is true, who knows.
