I really don't get the deal with IDGAF. I mean, it's not a bad song.  I just don't think it's on the level of New Rules or even Don't Start Now. If any song from her debut album deserves to go billion, it should be Blow Your Mind (Mwah).

and One Kiss is one of my husband's best songs so it goes without saying.

I think it’s fair that it has that many streams, but if I had to choose an alternate it would be Hotter Than Hell

They are not from the same generation both have records on their own. Streaming platforms have become popular 12/15 years after Britney has begun her career. Dua's is born within.

"Blow Your Mind" is one of my faves along with "Last Dance" so I agree about what you said of IDGAF!
