My prediction:

 

A source close to the pop icon told us, 
"Britney has been so inspired by Sam's dedication to his fitness. She eats so healthily now and works out several times a day. Sam has been so good for her. They want to get married and have children. Sam hopes to one day take over the conservatorship and this will be great for Britney and her fans and everyone should support this change. Also, Sam should get a fee for being so supportive. His blossoming acting career has taken a backseat as I he cares for Britney. He's such a nice down to Earth guy and he's not in this for the fame or the money. The press have got him all wrong. He's literally saved her life these past few years."

She has a lot of plans once she's out of her conservatorship. One is going back to the studio to record her much anticipated 10th studio album. It's been a long time coming.
