MadameFreedom Posted July 17, 2020 Posted July 17, 2020 Guys this post of Lawyers for Britney got me thinking : Why Britney has never sent a request to terminate conservatorship? It is one of the reaming rights she has. I know till 2012 she was sending medical documents to fight conservatorship but never a termination request. How you guys think why? And based on this post I think we have a long way ahead to free Britney. For this girl it took 2 years. First she got to limited conservatorship from Probate and then the whole conservatorship was lifted.

And if it’s as strict as reported she wouldn’t have the access to submit the forms either. If she can’t go online and can’t leave anywhere unapproved how could she submit forms to court asking for termination?

Also they have probably threatened her with even less custody of her kids than she already has.
Applejack Posted July 17, 2020 Posted July 17, 2020 She has to go through Sam (Ingham) though. That she tried to fight it in other ways tell me something. Either she's threatened or Sam (or Adam... I could say Jon Eardley but they barely talked to each other LOL) didn't let her know that.

Not to mention David Lucado or anyone with a good heart around her. For sure in this 12 years she should hear about this option. And currently even Lynne and her lawyers must be aware of it.

Well now she has just 10% so in fact nothing to lose and guys let's remember that even once boys will turn 18 it won't mean she can see them as they or she wish. Still conservators would be able to not to let her see her kids. So in my opinion she has nothing to lose in a topic of her boys. Now she can have only smaller and smaller chance of a new baby as she is getting older and she shouldn't have this baby under conservatorship if she doesn't want to have that baby used against her like Sean or JJ.

But Lynne didn't try to terminate or even contest Jamie as a conservator so she could be the sole conservator either. She can do both and she can choose a lawyer to tell her that. Whatever she's doing now is either: soft and slow take over of the cship OR she just wants to be a watchdog but to not actually terminate the cship.

Applejack Posted August 2, 2020 Posted August 2, 2020 I don't think it is because Britney doesn't know that. She consulted the best lawyer in the area in 2008 (back then I think she was told things were not looking good for her due to her actions, so the judge wouldn't be swayed easily by her -- after all she wasn't even notified. And maybe it would provide the care the family court wanted to see her being provided with so they could feel better in giving her visitation rights? Idk) It's for the same reason Lynne's lawyers didn't do the same. They're actually doing the same thing Britney tried even back in 2008: 730 evaluations. I like to think it's that it's just too much money involved and there's a too complex structure already in place and there's a web of too many people involved to be dismantled just like that. They have to be even more careful than your usual cship dismantlement process.

PZHSB Posted August 2, 2020 Posted August 2, 2020 She can’t hire a lawyer or drive herself to some kind of court so unless they accept carrier pigeon requests i don’t see how she has the option.
