PZHSB Posted July 17, 2020 Posted July 17, 2020 I’m so lost with all of this now. I feel like it has become some kind of joke that has completely tarnished her legacy. I feel like all of this is bringing excessive attention to her and we all know she’s not comfortable with that. I also don’t see her as being someone who wants anyone’s pity. for me, i just want her to be able to have her own lawyer that can help her gradually get out from her restrictions when she is(if ever) ready. It scares me because we have seen how bad her mental health was at one point, and it’s just as scary now because she seems to be there again. I also hope the freebritney movement will at least acknowledge that she needs outsiders with no financial interest to oversee her life and then go from there. I hope that she is in the right mind frame to speak eventually regarding the movement and either tells us to slow it down or thank the world for their help. Right now i think she wants nothing to do with it.
Haha-Hehe-Haha-Ho Posted July 17, 2020 Posted July 17, 2020 The concept of #freebritney is to free britney.

What we want is... Britney out of this mess, cut the contact with all this lawyers, managers, judges, dad, whatever she's linked with... and She and her mom go find the right doctors and people to help her with whatever issues she has. A petition and bunch of people protesting online isn’t going to get her out of it like that. It takes years for someone to get out of a conservatorship. That’s why I’m so confused about all of this. We made some noise and now it’s up tot he courts to decide what’s next
Applejack Posted July 17, 2020 Posted July 17, 2020 Push politicians to review and reform guardianship laws in US, as her case is not isolated.

But before #FreeBritney, people didn't know there were shady stuff happening behind the scenes. And now that we've made a lot of noise, people who can make a difference or people in authority or those who can actually do something about it, will start to take notice. No one bothered to look/dig deeper before the movement. Now people will. Because of #FreeBritney. That's the goal. We make them look at the paperwork and see the shadication.
Exaholic Posted July 17, 2020 Posted July 17, 2020 At op. What exactly are you trying to accomplish with this clickbait-y thread title?
Applejack Posted July 17, 2020 Posted July 17, 2020 It should be questioned why her team refuses to answer simple things. You know, it feels unethical to keep a person under a conservatorship working and making money like this. People question it and the only thing we get is shady media articles about how we're dumb and she's either fine with it or she's gonna die without it. We got a serious accusation that people were hospitalizing and drugging her against her will, yet... *crickets* I think it's perfectly possible to be honest about it without disclosing too much. Oh not to mention the clear signs of emotional abuse, but it seems some people don't really care much to question that either.

Britney’s legacy was going to be tarnished had she stayed in this CONservativeship regardless. She would have had a story like Michael Jackson. This way she has a chance to create her own legacy.

It takes years for someone to get out of a conservatorship. That’s why I’m so confused about all of this. We made some noise and now it’s up tot he courts to decide what’s next the purpose is to raise awareness. For years everyone, including most of us, didn't see the conservatorship as something wrong, because we all believed it was the best for her, that they were helping her, and she would eventually take control of her life again. But despite showing countless evidence of doing ok, and I'm not talking about 2019, but the past years, especially 2016 which was like her peak in many aspects, the conservatorship doesn't seem to be coming to an end ever. They're not evaluating nothing (until last year that the new judge ordered that extraordinary evaluation), they just decided it would be permanent and that's just insane. That's the part that people need to understand, conservatorships aren't made for the purpose her team have been using it. And now, looking back at how they did it back in 2008, it ends up they broke the law in multiple instances. EVEN if they did it with the good intention to help her, what they did and the way they did it, was wrong, so it shouldn't have any validity. So if they had to do all those shady things to put her under the conservatorship, it SHOULD make you wonder if she really needed it in the first place (a hint, no she didn't need it). If it was so evident that she needed one, they would've done everything as the law says, and they shouldn't have worried about anything. Like, let her hire a lawyer, the judge will see anyway that she needs the conservatorship because she was SOOOOOO bad. Making this viral is just so they have the social pressure, so they know we're watching, we're not believing their version anymore. Playing the devil's advocate and believing the judge wasn't biased (which we know the judge has a history in participating in cases of conservatorship abuse) if she granted the cship without even seeing Britney herself, it most likely had to do with the invasion of privacy she had the past years with the paparazzi and media and the image of Britney that everyone had.
samwoods321 Posted July 17, 2020 Posted July 17, 2020 Im so done with all this stuff. I feel like all the people involved from top to bottom are just making money of even just talking about it online, including this website. Noone or nothing about it has helped at all. Jordans even making money from her situation by having this website. If britney dont speak or none else does, in my eyes. Theres nothing to be done. Im not wasting my time anymore
