A vaccination for Covid-19 will hopefully be ready by fall 2021.

Nooo.. already happening this year in spain, concerts less than 2000 people 

2021 would be concerts back with more crowd.

Concerts will be ahead, but the cheaper tickets will be online streaming tickets and many youtube videos will be deleted or blocked like instagram with the music.

It mostly depends on how fast the vaccine is going to be available widely on the market, how effective it will be and if the ongoing virus is going to stay low or mutate.
