There could be three cases on the whole situation imo

1. Britney is being used by everyone. And i mean everyone. Her boyfriend, her mom,dad, Kevin, Larry(if he's not fired), her sister etc. This is why nobody is speaking about the whole #FreeBritney movement. And why no one in her whole circle is saying anything? Either everyone has been paid, signed a contract or threatened in some way or all of these three.

2. Britney is really really sick with some mental illness and nobody wants to talk about it as Britney herself doesn't want GP to know. We all know Britney acts very strange in 2018-2020 insta posts than the previous one. Either the meds are too strong or either her "condition" is seriously bad. It could be why she needs a guardian.

3. It's half and half. which i personally believe is the case. Britney has some issues and instead of giving her the right treatment, her team just just gives just enough of it to keep her working. I personally think her condition is not permanent and just shows up from time to time. The court document said that she has dementia and her dad uses some these things to have a full conservatorship which blows my mind as to how a court can accept it. Either the court has solid documents to support it or they are corrupt.

Her dad is one of the culprits for sure since the whistleblower himself said that Jamie said he'll cancel the whole Domination if she doesn't take her meds.(Which still confuses me to this day since this could mean that Britney wanted to tour herself) Which could be understandable but getting angry over Britney driving her own car is a little too much. Then comes the abuse allegations by Britney children against him so he's not a good guy. And the Instagram live steam where Sean?Preston? said he doesn't like the grandpa.

According to TMZ , Lynne will ask a judge to terminate Jamie as Britney's conservator in a court hearing scheduled for Wednesday

According to People magazine “Jamie has to focus on his health. He was also told it’s best to step down temporarily because of the police report,” a source close to Britney previously told PEOPLE. “

And now i think Lynne and Britney doesn't want to interact with the world until they get some clearings from the court. Speaking about it in public could act as negative thing. Which is also why Sam hasn't said anything. I also think Britney is afraid to call out her own dad publically since she knows how much cruel the world can be. Sad as it is, i believe Britney could protect him since he is still family for her.

And in the September court hearing this is what was told:

"The hearing opened with a courtroom full of media members and a few Spears fans, but all were required to leave when Penny agreed with attorneys who requested that the hearing and its transcripts should be sealed because of what would be revealed about Spears' medical, mental and financial issues, along with details about her two young sons."

All you need to know, is that for that kind of help you're suggesting that Britney may need, that is not the purpose of a conservatorship, period. That's what is so hard to understand for a lot of people that don't get how wrong this is.

Conservatorships aren't something that they can mold and tweak and make it effective for some things, but for other things she's fine, and give her some freedoms here and there, and adjust it according to her necessities. They're playing with a legal resource that was  created for a very different purpose, for people that live in a very different condition than Britney.

Conservatorships aren't made to help an average Joe with any mental disease, they're for people that are completely disabled, that cannot do the most basic of the things like following a treatment, go to a store and buy food or medicines, or go to the doctor, etc. Examples of this, people that are in a comma, or that have an extreme degree of dementia, or that have some sort of brain paralysis and that really depend of someone caring for them 24/7. If you genuinely doubt that there's a possibility that Britney falls into any of these categories and still was able to do everything she's done the past decade, there really isn't much that we can do to convince you or anyone else that's still unsure whether the conservatorship is the right thing for her or not.

Again, if they're tweaking the law to give her some freedoms here and there, that's the ultimate proof that she doesn't need to be under a conservatorship. Conservatorships have a definition, and if Britney doesn't fit it, then she simply doesn't need it.

As soon as I got to "do not listen to ANYONE" i knew how wrong you'd be. The base of being able to have an opinion is by LISTENING to as many opinions as possible. If you want to have an objective opinion you need to listen the advise of non related people, who can give objective opinions. If the person who we are meant to believe are the persons that are getting paid if we carry on listening to this "truth" there is a clear conflict of interests.

An Exhaler with an unpopular opinion should not be muted. They can express their view(s) without having to provide evidence. They are allowed to simply feel how they feel. Doesn't mean I agree with them. In fact, I think opinions like this need to be shared, because it opens the door for other fans/Exhalers to dispute. 

That's not to say we will feature a plethora of anti-#FreeBritney topics. This feels like an isolated topic.

I agree with you that unpopular opinions shouldn’t be muted, and you made a good point about others disputing them that I hadn’t considered. I guess the thing that makes me concerned is giving a platform to opinions that are harmful to others. Similar to how Facebook has let certain alt-right groups grow or let “misinformation” be spread, I feel concerned giving a voice to people like OP, who has nothing to support his/her opinion but whose opinion will negatively harm Britney if it spreads.

I support free speech and sharing of opinions, and I in no way want Exhale to be a hive mind or become monitored by the thought police, but I also think it’s important to be conscious and responsible of what opinions are given a platform to be very visible, which is why I disagree with this being featured. I don’t think the post should be deleted or not allowed, but I don’t think it should be given a prominent spotlight on the site either.
