Kim Petras for surrrrreeeeeeeee. Turn Off The Light, as a body of work, is such a masterpiece and I bop to her all year round. 

Carly Rae is also very underappreciated. 

Austin Mahone is a bit like Conor Maynard in terms on vocal ability ( really good and better than biebs) but their generic music just doesnt stand out.  Although, Austin Mahone is such a thirst trap and I didnt realise
