Her new album What's Your Pleasure album is gorgeous  from beginning to end. I’m obsessed. Album of the year right there (....for me anyway).

My personal favorite album of the year so far is Sawayama by Rina Sawayama, but, I love Jessie's music so this could be high on the list!

I will give it a listen, she’s an interesting artist. Wildest Moments and Say You Love Me are so good. Shame I never heard of her since these songs.

I knew her name sounded familiar.  I remember her song “Wildest Moments” being a free download on iTunes way back in 2012.  I’m excited to go listen to her new album because, after listening to “Wildest Moments” and refreshing my memory, I remember enjoying her voice.

Whilst she’s trying out a new direction with this album by going down the disco route. The album doesn’t feel like it’s trying to be Dua or Gaga (I haven’t listened to Chromatica, so I can’t really compare) .

The sound feels authentic and in a  class of its own.

100% agree. I loved her past records but this one in particular is magnificent. I've been waiting for it cause I really liked the singles and I wasn't disappointed. Probably my album of this year so far. Her talent should be more recognized tho

Loving this! Her sound is so retro but in a great way. The cover is supposed to emulate Diana Ross's iconic 'silk electric' one. Heard about her cause of an interview with roisin murphy (my ultimate pop icon) and decided to check her out. Album is a real bop.
