People make fun of Pink's going to couple therapy

Pink's marriage has survived due to the success of couples therapy, and she's being mocked for it relentlessly. 

 

But Pink grew up in a household that ended up in divorce,  and both parties where Arguing instead of communicating.  

 

Pink was 9, so that's basically all she knows when it comes to marriage and relationships,  fighting and arguing.

 

Her parents talk about how the divorce,  had a lasting impact on Pink, to where she performed Madonna's 1989 top 20 hit, "oh father"

 

Where the chorus goes.

So yeah, she doesn't want to make the horrible mistakes her parents did, which had huge consequences. 

 

So why repeat the same pattern, and prove to be a failure in love, life, etc.
