She definitely has mood disorder (and so do I), so it does not mean anything

She looked happy and confident in 2013 and 2016 and look how it all turned out

She can drive, but there's always the bodyguard driving behind. Her boyfriend was in the car, she's never completely alone in the car... and I don't remember her driving outside thousand Oaks, even for photo ops like that.
