Britney and Sam are hanging out at the park

Britney Spears has finally broken out of quarantine for the first time in three months to enjoy a fun-filled day out with longtime boyfriend Sam Asghari.

DailyMail.com spotted the Instagram-loving pair as they started the day with a lunch at Islands Restaurant near the pop star's home in Los Angeles' San Fernando Valley.

Britney and Sam were last publicly seen heading to Santa Barbara for a day out in early March, before the nationwide lockdowns began due to COVID-19.

The couple then enjoyed a shopping trip at Nordstrom department store before Britney changed outfits and grabbed a juice smoothie for a bike ride and barefoot workout session in a nearby public park.

The pop star enjoyed a day at the park, but made sure to wear a mask to protect herself from COVID-19.

Once at the park, Britney kicked off her shoes and took off her blazer to let loose for a workout in short shorts and a crop top.

Britney has been active on social media throughout the lockdown and is always eager to share her workouts and offer tips on how she stays fit.

After doing some cardio in the park, Britney then hopped on her teal bicycle for a peaceful ride around Los Angeles.

The fit pop star wore short shorts and a tiny crop top, but covered up with a blazer while out shopping. She accessorized with a black choker necklace and sandals.

But before that she wore a green floral crop top and was spotted with a ring on her ring finger, adding to the rumors that Sam may have popped the question.

She left her shopping trip to Nordstrom with a smoothie to-go and couldn't help but lower her mask to take a sip through a straw.

Throughout the day the couple and their body guard wore masks to protect themselves from COVID-19. Britney took it a step further and protected herself with plastic gloves.

Britney's body guard is never too far away, and was seen carrying her Nordstrom shopping bag while wearing black gloves and a matching mask.

The pop star was seen with her new bangs that she debuted this week.

Britney, who said recently she has not had bangs since she was in the third grade (though was seen with them at various times including, 1999 and 2012), showed off her new look in an Instagram photo while staring down the camera dressed in a bikini at home.

Britney has said in the past that she thinks bangs make her look younger. 'I did it I finally cut bangs!!!!!!' she excitedly captioned a post on Monday.

Her fresh blonde tresses were styled out into a healthy wave with her professionally cut bangs out on show.

She has also been keeping up with the current state of affairs in the country and made a statement earlier this month after weeks of protesting across the nation over the death of George Floyd.

Earlier in the day, Britney sported a green floral crop top for a lunch date with boyfriend Sam.

A close up shows a ring on Britney's ring finger, which adds to the rumors she and longtime boyfriend Sam are engage.

It's unclear if Sam popped the question, but the couple sparked engagement rumors last summer when she sported a diamond ring on the red carpet.

Britney was seen hopping into her SUV that appears stocked up on water bottles so she stays hydrated out in the Southern California sun.

The couple started with a lunch at Islands Restaurant near her home in Los Angeles' San Fernando Valley.

The singer posted a visual by artist Danica Gim which featured the figures of both a black and white dancer posing with planet earth between them.

'What the world needs now is love,' Spears began her caption, adding both an earth emoji as well as a brokenhearted emoji.

'My heart breaks for my friends in the black community,' she continued, 'and for everything going on in our country. Right now I think we all should do what we can to listen …. learn … do better …. and use our voices for good.

'To start I will be participating in #BlackoutTuesday tomorrow,' Britney added, referring to a solidarity campaign started up by the dance and music industries to support #BlackLivesMatter

'I won’t be posting on social media and I ask you all to do the same. We should use the time away from our devices to focus on what we can do to make the world a better place …. for ALL of us !'
