Trump says scientists have "come up with the AIDS vaccine" when they haven't

President Trump falsely stated during a press conference today that scientists have “come up with the AIDS vaccine,” though that is 100% false.

He continued: “As you know, there’s various things, and now various companies are involved.”

He later walked back what he said. “AIDS was a death sentence, and now people live a life with a pill. It’s an incredible thing.”

Trump was likely referring to antiretroviral *****, which do have a profound effect on HIV, a disease that ravaged the world 40 years ago and was considered a death sentence at the time.

I think he is confused with what he reads on twitter, articles and his opinions. There is a vaccine in the works for HIV+ but its NOT a cure. The vaccine could make it possible for people to take one shot a week/month vs a pill every day.

If the president of the USA wants to start talking about HIV and antivirals why don't we start talking about how unaffordable antivirals are for people that make above 65k a year. The **** assistance program literally keeps you oppressed just like every other system in the USA does.

There is a vaccine for everything..but according to medical professionals what they don't tell you. Whether it's cancer or some other terminal illness. Letting them die is helping the planet with the overpopulation and since only Hollywood and pro lifers are having kids. We're not replacing the population like we did in the past. Where every year and a half..we had a sibling or a cousin into the family to continue the family name.
