Beyoncé wrote a letter to Kentucky's Attorney General Daniel Cameron demanding justice for Breonna Taylor, who was tragically ******** by police back in March.

“Your office has both the power and the responsibility to bring justice to Breonna Taylor, and demonstrate the value of a Black woman’s life,” she wrote in the letter. “Don’t let this case fall into the pattern of no action after a terrible tragedy. With every death of a Black person at the hands of the police, there are two real tragedies: The death itself, and the inaction and delays that follow it. This is your chance to end that pattern. Take swift and decisive action in charging the officers. The next months cannot look like the last three.”

Beyonce urges people to sign a petition.

Love this! I wonder who wrote it for Queen Bey?

edit: this is not intended to be shady. This was a very eloquent and well written statement. We need more celebrities to continue applying pressure on the justice system for all of the victims of police brutality. Black lives matter. Black trans lives matter. All black lives matter. F racism.

Beyonce did not write that. She didn't even graduate from High School, but good for her using her large platform to do more for society. It's odd that she signed a formal letter with her single stage name and not her legal name. Wish Queen Bey had taken action like this when the crime first was committed.

She has worked every single day of her life for her dream and she reached in the best way possible, put some respect on her

Okay. Beyonce is a great role model for those who are not book smart or those who choose to not receive a formal education. With hard work and talent you can achieve great success in life! :tiffanynod:

Yessss!!! I can’t believe they haven’t been locked up already. It’s insane. I can’t imagine how her family must feel knowing those cops are still  enjoying their lives like nothing happened.

I’m also hoping poor little Shukri Abdi can get some kind of justice too (for those who don’t know she was a Somalian black child that was ******** by racist bullies however the case was ruled as accidental):crying1:
