No such videos or pictures ever existed - Britney hitting Jason (and vice versa) was paparazzi/tabloid gossip, and wasn't ever confirmed to be true. This is an unfounded piece of gossip which fans have needlessly magnified for years.

Any fan who claims to have seen such pictures/videos are either lying, or they've convinced themselves falsely.
