It's not fair how streamings count more than sales today. 

But I understand the struggle to found the right balance between sales and streaming for them to apply to a chart. 

But honestly having chromatica interludes and all tracks of the CD charting is a bit ridiculous... It's cool for Gaga but honestly the interludes ?

It's worse with some random rappers really heavy on streaming, who manage to have something like 10 of their songs in the Hot 100...

Like one friend said. They went against lady gaga. If i was part of her team. I would tell them wait until Christmas. When all the major music is out. And an artist like Britney where the GP interest isn't there anymore can easily chart and earn a top ten. Even if it's one week. 

 

Going against acts with major fan bases costs acts Like Britney and such to actually lose momentum. 

 

He said hopefully this is a lesson as her team loves to mishandle her art a lot.

Why are some of you making this wayyy bigger than it actually is? I'm legitimately so baffled 

They literally just added a track worldwide for fans, it's not even a single!! This is an actual non event in the grand scheme of things, she did like one post about it.

It was actually smarter to do it same week as Gaga though, we got some free promo from the media as they love to do a little rivalry. It's a tale as old as time, chart battles gather more attention. OG pop princess VS other highly relevant pop person.

It's put Britney back on the radar musically, for the first time in 18 months people are talking about her MUSIC.

A chart position is nice given all the factors. Let's take the little win and move on now
