No culture or country does that though. Im from Saudi Arabia and we have women on album covers. Iran and Saudi Arabia have female singers that sell their albums and release music videos. But if a album is too revealing (like Christina Aguilera Stripped), they would cover it with ink or photoshop the ****** parts.
