Legally, her cship is only in charge of Britney Spears. The cship has no bearing over “Brittany Jean”. For all we know, Britney could’ve released this song under this alias and set the funds to go to a trust for her boys. Trust me, I’m 90% sure this is a way for Britney to get money that they cannot control.
