I'd have to hear the whole thing but I wouldn't be surprised. Gaga isn't as artistic as people make her out to be. She's not some musical genius. I want to like her new album though. I'm not into Stupid Love and Rain On Me is just okay. But I've only liked her Fame/Monster and ArtPop albums. The rest is trash.

I mean Babylon is based on 90s house music and Vogue is arguably the most popular 90s house music-themed song ever, so kinda? Gaga already ripped off Vogue in DITD anyways and hardly anyone cared then, so this seems moot.

I listened to the snippet and yes it sounds similar. There's a part with piano and Gaga speaking words kinda like Vogue by Madonna.

How on earth? This was the first thing I thought when I first played it. I’m genuinely wondering if it’s an official sample though? 
 

The album as a whole reminded me a lot of Confessions On A Dance Floor. I mean that in the sense it’s extremely cohesive and all songs flow extremely well together. I wouldn’t be surprised if Gaga released a nonstop edition like Madonna did for Confessions
