Sometimes medications makes you look weird like when she had a bloated face during the beginning of FF. Bryan was around more that time filling in for Jamie so I’m sure he was less strict

I personally think she wasn’t taking her meds in 2015/2016 when we saw more of Bryan around. I think once papa spears came back into the picture he kicked Bryan out, wouldn’t let his daughter come around and put Britney back on meds and her body reacted negatively which caused a lot more paranoia and anxiety on stage that we saw progress as she mentally degreased. That’s speculation but it makes sense to me.
