In honor of Janet's birthday today. Paula posted a rare clip of the nasty rehearsals. 

 

It should be noted. None of the Paula Abdul choreography is performed on Janet's live tours. Most of the nasty, when i think of you or what have you done for me lately are usually performed more in street like style based off of either Tina Landon or Gil choreography.
