Exactly what I was thinking. the chain, the desert, and the outfit is from the original Make Me video so I'm guessing she was going for a theme throughout the album and they ruined it

I think they changed the cover in the last minute by a frame of the Make Me American Dream music video because the original is not appropriate for a cover (don't stands as Britney Standards cover, compare it to old ones).
