It's a behind-the-scenes clip of JLo and Shakira preparing for their Super Bowl Halftime Show performance. 

JLo is giving Shakira tips on how to shake her derrière. 

JLo said, "I shake my knees. You do it with your knees or butt? My mother taught me when I was four."

Guess Shak can shake her hips but not her butt

 "twerk" is a  dance movement that had no name a few  decades ago in latinamerica , so i guess Shakira saw that movement many times on television  before Jennifer even had a name in english for that dance move
