Probably they were quarantining apart because they were waiting for her self isolation for 14 days after she returned from Louisiana (WHO recommendation). She's for sure very happy to finally be reunited with him and that's what really matters, right?

You can definitely keep your toned body while fasting though, and Ramadan could give him some great lessons of humility (even if what he said belongs to the past, as stupid as it may've been, his mind may've changed).
