To be honest.... I'm not excited. "Stupid Love" did nothing for me, sounded like an ArtPop demo b-side. Hopefully she reinvented the wheel on some level and it isn't a reductive regression.

I would be ShOcKed if it was out May 8.   I'm thinking June. I don't see her delaying only one month.

IDK why but I am hoping it's released in June (pride), but that could be a big push back? Stupid Love totally fell out of the top 10...I'm not gonna lie. I like the song and it's super happy, but its not the right song for now. I'd like to hear an empowerment anthem or emotional song from her right now. We'd have all the feels lol.

Me and my friend both agree. The coronavirus thing was just an excuse to delay the album. She really wasn't ready. The leak happened. She felt really rushed. 

 

Being the perfectionist she is. She had to delay to do some final touches. 

 

We are getting a new single, stupid love will be delayed til the rumored Vmas (Video vanguard is highly expected to be hers.)

She just wasn't ready. And only issued Stupid love cos of the leak. 

 

We should get a major announcement today on Fallon.  Regarding the new single and a new release date.

 

Coronavirus was just an excuse to give her time to perfect the details. 

 

And it seems. She wanted to do like an announcement through Fallon.
