Sam Smith & Britney Spears

Sam Smith is one of my most favourite vocalists of all time - he has had some gorgeous songs and his voice has so much soul. Now, he is a big Britney Spears fan and only tonight he had uploaded on his Insta Story a video of him dancing to “3” by Britney. She had then reposted it on her Instagram. I’m loving this and would definitely be up for a duet - something deep and meaningful and kinda ****... I think it could work. Your thoughts?

Could definitely work, especially considering Sam is in the process of revamping his sound.  Imagine the live performances, though. Britney miming while Sam is serving vocals for days.

I’d want Britney to serve vocals in her natural deep register. That’d be the ideal!

I looooooove Sam Smith. I watched him last year in Lollapalooza and damn his show was my favourite of all the shows. He's very sweet and humble

of course I love him more because he's a stan of our girl. A collab between the two of them would be a dream come true to me

I think they would probably sound pretty good together. Britney uses some nice vocal effects and stuff on her vocals at times. It’s a “Britney”  hallmark at this point and synonymous with her artistry. I wonder if they would do something similar with his vocals too? Like, it would be a pop song for real and he would definitely be a great duet in the future. It fun to dream stan dreams but I so wonder what the future of her career will bring.
