I pretty muscular due to 4-5 CrossFit workouts and 4-5 strength training sessions a week. I like working out ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ It legit helps my mental health and stay clear headed so I can work hard on things AKA Exhale

I'm very slim. I'm only 5'2 and I weight 105lbs on a good day. I don't work out. I only do situps in the morning and I watch what I eat.

I’m a 5 foot 3 girl. Athletic build. I have always aspired to look like Britney body wise since I find her to have the ultimate perfect body type. I think I’ve done a pretty good job at achieving and maintaining this for myself all thanks to her.  I work out 6 sometimes 7 days out of 7. I truly enjoy it. I have a few select photos of Britney hung up on my wall and on my desktop which I look at almost every day for inspiration if I need it.

I’m quite curvy, I think partly cause of genetics though as my mum is also curvy. I’m a UK size 14-16 in clothing. I find it so hard to lose weight

I was an average type for few years until 4 months ago. 5 months ago I started to work out (inspired by Work ***** and Slave video) and now I would say I am athletic type? 

But not satisfied yet, keep working for that summer '20, I just have to stay motivated as I'm now wish me luck!
