Guys I was watching old POM videos and I came to this video and WOW her body was perfection and the attitude she had was on point 

she was hot af, fit af and beautiful af. I have no words to express how amazing she looked and made me miss her even more

Yep. When she's single she has her own identity. The minute she dates someone, she transforms into them. 

Look at how she was with K-Fed. She dressed and acted like him. 

With Charlie she was more like someone who you'd see hanging with the Kennedys. 

Now with Sam it's all about fitness. 

Girl can't do this. She can't be one them just to keep holding onto them. If they accept her for who she is... Then why bother?

There was a lot of things going on in my life in 2016 but I remember when she slayed me with the BBMA performance...

I thought she's really coming back but then she met Sam and...

Look I don't wanna sound hateful but how else would you explain her losing energy and good looks right after starting a relationship with Sam?? And it's not like she's lazy when in a relationship cause in 2014 we got her on FIRE while she was with David Lucado.

though there was always people picking her apart, I did notice most of the people in here were actually really grateful and hopeful with what we were seeing. The anticipation for B9 was huge, because everything pointed out to this being one of the best eras ever.

I think POM 2.0 could've been appreciated a bit more, but I guess we all took for granted that she "had came back" for good and didn't think it was gonna be gone by the end of the following year.

How is this not her team's fault though?  They hyped up the music video shoot only to release what they released.  That was arguably the attention her team directed towards her projects.

They and MTV also hyped up her VMA, which wasn't bad but didn't really justify the pre-show hype.

Well people were always going to pick her apart because they contrast her performing with how she performed at the prime of her career.

But to me the real problem was that Make Me Video and the VMA.  Because of the accompanying hype prior to each happening, the disappointment overshadowed everything else.

Her team was the one that hyped up those things.

2016ney was a gift. she really upped her game and i feel like most fans didnt even appreciate it. she was so fit, looked amazing and relaxed, she was into her work, her interviews were calm and poised and fun. i loved that year.

Yeah, everything went down with the scrapped music video and the promo for Glory starting almost a month after the album came out.

What I tried to say is that despite everything, I consider people DID appreciate 2016ney back in the day, even if there were still some people complaining. Especially compared with previous and subsequent years. 

The first night of POM 2.0 was like Christmas for everyone in here, we got those photoshoots, we got the BBMA, the PRIVATE SHOW COMMERCIAL which is the most beautiful she's ever looked in years, MM was very well received (before the video) and even after the whole mess of the promo, we still appreciated all those interviews and especially her look when she was in UK. 

I mean, we did notice the change, we did notice and recognized that it was the best she had been in years, and it had been building up since the previous years, especially 2015 with Mermaidney. And similarly, we also noticed when it started to go down, which I'm not saying it happened after she started her relationship with Sam, but I'm definitely saying it happened after she started her relationship with Sam.

I think we all can agree 2016 was her second peak, and we did know it then. And I bet none of us were ready for it.
