The thing is, nobody knows how Britney felt about this 2 years ago.. Maybe she WAS into it, maybe it was all her idea. 
Reality is, that she is either against it now, or just is rejecting doing ANYTHING, even the things she loves, to show she wants to be free.

Felicia said yes to that video 18 months or so ago, to support Britney. No one knows when the video was recorded though. Again, no one knows anything. 
And, they would have gotten somebody else in instead og felicia if she rejected, so why not just do it, for the fans. Not everybody is on twittter or breatheheavy who knows whats going on: Felicia loves Britneys fans.
