I always skip What You Need, I may skip other tracks from time to time but not as much as that one.

I rarely skip songs from Glory because I LOVE this album and how moody it is. But if I have to skip one is Man On The Moon. 

My personal favs are Invitation, Just Luv Me, Slumber Party and Change Your Mind.

Also... just seeing this results of this: CHANGE YOUR MIND SHOULD HAVE BEEN A SINGLE!
