guys what you guys do to keep in shape and be hot

I have a new plan on my gym so I'm excited to step up and take it more seriously

i'll probably buy some vegan protein to go along with it... but gym everyday is a pain in the ***, I'll probably go like 3 days a week and maybe some pilates in between. 

I want some tips, specially about food, what is good to eat to build some muscles, I wanna improve my assss :werk:
