Both songs seems to have that similar feel to me. Agree or disagree?

No you're not wrong, both are midtmpo, sorty ballady, both are very cute/nostalgic songs too.

It's a shame Britney doesn't like Sometimes or doesn't perform either of these two songs anymore. BTMYH is my fave song from BOMT!

Same feel? 50% of the BOMT album sounds like the song BOMT and the other 49% sounds like Sometimes and the remaining 1% is E-mail My Heart 

A lot of her earlier works had the same feel due to the presence of common producers and songwriters throughout the album.

Agree with this but I find Sometimes to be very positive, light, summery, beachy and more Disney-esque, while BTMYH is to me more serious, melancholic, more European pop and like a 'darker' version of Sometimes. (not sure if you'll get me, bad choice of words because I have poor English vocabulary) 

Probably the main reason is that Sometimes is in major key and BTMYH in minor key. 

And I prefer Sometimes.

No I can see what you mean, I always thought both songs were kinda happy in their own way though haha

Random but I was in Urban Outfitters and saw the BOMT Vinyl and I sarcasticly yelled to my friend, "Oh my God, this is the record that has the iconic song "Email My Heart" and another gay  started giggling and humming it and I realized the song is iconic and I just love it.  Its campy as heck.
