She’ll be on strict birth control on the instruction of papa Spears and even if she wasn’t - her reproductive system will be wrecked given all the heavy meds she’s been on since around 2008. Also, among tons of other factors indicating that she is not pregnant, Britney always quit smoking when she was pregnant.
