Britney Spears' dad has had enough with online blogs who he says have accused him of mistreating his daughter ... and now he's suing to make it stop.

Jamie Spears is suing on behalf of Britney's conservatorship, alleging Anthony Elia -- the creator of the popular "Absolute Britney" blog -- defamed him and the rest of Britney's team when he said the team was manipulating Britney's Instagram account to create the illusion Britney needs help. 

In one post, Elia accused Jamie and co. of the following ...

-Deleting positive comments about Britney from Instagram

In one post, Elia said, "This has to be a human right's violation?"

Britney's whole team -- as directed by Jamie -- is going Elia.

Does he even have a leg to stand on? Tabloids report fake news all the time and I never hear of celebs or their teams suing. 

Sounds like someone is just trying to wave his wallet around in a show of power. You can silence the fan site but you’ll never silence all the FANS. There’s too many of us.

So, Jamie did not give a single s**t about his daughter (the one who he supposedly cares about the most) when tabloids were spreading rumours about her left and right in the late 2000s, but now that there are accusations backed by evidence thrown his way, he's suddenly outraged and will sue others for defamation? OK then... :sneer:

LMAO as if that is going to shut Anthony up! He is friends with Lynne and Team FreeBritney, no wonder Loucifer and Satanmie Spears want him gone.

You realize that’s the blog whose Instagram account Lynne commented on where she says she noticed exactly what they noticed. This is more of an indirect attack by Jamie toward Lynne and all those who support her own legal challenges she has made in regards to the conservatorship. All she requests is to be allowed by law to know her daughter’s medical treatment. What’s wrong with that? Unless there’s something going on that Jamie, Lou and the others don’t want Lynne to find out about. (Imo that’s why they are fighting back so hard against us and Lynne. If not why be worried?!):xfactorlook:

Lynne is Britney’s mother FFS! She has a right to know her daughter’s medical treatment considering the fact that although Britney is an adult, she is considered by the court to be unable to make medical decisions, as though she’s a minor under 18. Lynne may not yet have knowledge of how Britney is being medically treated but as the other parent she’s well within her rights to be aware of wth is going on with her own child. Jamie is power tripping once again. He went after Jordan/Breatheheavy approximately 10 years ago. Here Jamie goes again. What a waste of Britney’s money for **** like this. Judge Penny better do something about Jamie - now. I don’t know how. I don’t know when. But Jamie Spears will be stopped.:nynod:

And funnier that out of ALLLLLLL of the things that have been said about Jamie, Larry, etc, they sue over this accusation of deleting Instagram comments :umok: 

Why haven't they sued the Gram Girls for their podcast, or Sam Lutfi for the emails (let's remember he only got a restriction order but he wasn't sued for defamation)

Our sources say reports of Britney being prohibited from driving or using a personal cellphone are simply untrue ... and backed up by photos of her out in her car and using a phone.

Do you all see now WHY there’s been so many “candids” of Britney driving and more pics of her holding a smartphone than we’ve seen in a decade, one time she had a flip phone LOL! I’ll say it again because it bears repeating. Since Britney been out of treatment there’s been MORE CANDIDS of her these past few months than we got ALL OF LAST YEAR. They staged all of this for this very moment so people who doubt & are against the Free Britney movement can say “look Britney is driving”, “look she is holding a cell phone” and “look she’s active on Instagram, the captions sure sounds like her”.?:ririshade2:

Jamie + Lou have been on damage control since April. That is not a coincidence. Jamie, Lou & company are the ones who tip off the paps (or one of their paid handlers do it for them) they basically have TMZ on speed dial to send their photog and videographer to where they tip them off to where she’ll be to ask Britney questions and photograph her then splash it on TMZ along with a bullshit cship approved story to go with it.:whatitellu:

They managed to keep Britney completely out of sight most of 2018 unless she was working. They managed to ship her off to treatment which I do believe was in January just as the Britney’s Gram whistle blower said!!...and no pictures of her. Not a one. Suddenly after the BG podcast the **** begins to hit the fan and we’re bombarded with Britney “candids” and social media content as well as all the anonymous sources talking to Entertainment Tonight (aka their source is obviously Lou Taylor. ? )

These motherf**kers think they’re so slick and so smart. Manipulation through blogs and social media to portray whatever image they want for Britney and themselves. In reality JAMIE IS NO DIFFERENT THAN THE PERSON HE IS SUING, LMFAO!!! Of the irony!! **** off Jamie!! And **** You too, Lou Taylor. I know you’re reading this you crazy *** *****. :fu:
