I'm gonna try to limit myself to 3 songs per artist (in hindsight, I totally failed): Madonna - Sanctuary, Take a Bow, Live to Tell / Justify My Love (can't pick) Britney - Shadow, Heaven on Earth, When I Found You Taylor Swift - King of My Heart, You Are In Love, Clean / Dancing With Our Hands Tied (can't pick) Lily Allen - Him, Not Fair, can't pick (like 10 songs could easily take this spot) Marina and the Diamonds - Happy, Immortal, Savages / Solitaire / Teen Idle (can't pick) Lorde - Ribs, 400 Lux, Buzzcut Season (no shade to "Melodrama") Lucy Rose - EVERY SINGLE SONG ON "Work It Out" (this album makes me feel so connected to Planet Earth and never fails to lift my spirits as cringy as that sounds; when I say "this album gives me life", I mean it, I'm not talking in stan language here, it genuinely gives me life) Ariana Grande - Moonlight Lana Del Rey - Music To Watch Boys To, Salvatore, 24, Religion, Art Deco (genuinely can't pick, "Honeymoon" is her best work to date) Melanie Martinez - Mrs. Potato Head Paris Hilton - Heartbeat Ellie Goulding - Home, Human, Figure 8 CHVRCHES - Down Side of Me, Follow You, High Enough to Carry You Over HAIM - the whole "Days Are Gone" album is gold Tegan and Sara - White Knuckles, 100x, BWU Jeong Sewoon - Close Over (this song literally takes me to another dimension despite it being 100% in Korean) DAY6 - I Need Somebody, Hi Hello (Korean) chances are (since I'm very forgetful), there's more but oh well.. I stayed away from songs that are just "bops", I went for songs that either mean a lot to me or make me feel a special type of way (as evident by the fact that most of them are very sulky love songs).. I’d rather them comeback with some amazing new music than be pushed by their label to make horrible songs. They don’t need to fit into today’s terrible musical landscape.
