Stannedforever
So with all the drama and things going on I tried to not listen her songs for a while because her royalties are mostly going to the evil machine that ruins her life. It's been almost like a month without listening to any of her songs. But today I played my old playlist and circus started to play. I was going to skip but.... Spoiler THERE'S ONLY TWO TYPES OF PEOPLE IN THE WORLD THE ONES THAT ENTERTAINS AND THE ONES THAT OBSERVES WELL BABY I'M A PUT-ON-A-SHOW KINDA GIRL DON'T LIKE THE BACKSEAT, GOTTA BE FIRST PLEASE HELP ME I CAN'T STOP Have you been more successful Link to comment

It's really hard to listen albums from circus to glory because I keep thinking how she was forced to do some of them (basically most of FF and everything she sings in BJ) or her vision was scrapped. This is why I won't give them even 10 streams because even smaller things can make big impacts Link to comment
nonoiseplz
No. Britney is a legend who makes most of her money by performing/touring. Streams and chart positions are just another form of promotion and a symbol of status in current times. Link to comment

Streaming and lack of album/single sales aren't that important. Link to comment
falka
I couldn't even boycott her instagram account and music is still part of me. Guess I'm just waiting for someone else to swept me off my feet while listening to my fav prisoner. Spoiler Link to comment
2K16NEY
I have the CD’s in my car and I still listen to it every now and then. Never gonna stop bopping to In The Zone, it’s timeless and incredible and ya deserves my streams Link to comment
ItShouldBeOffiTunes
I gave up the day I started, I just started stanning literally the week before the domination announcement (yeah that was really bad timing on my part) since I’m pretty young but I’m already obsessed with her music and can’t give it up Link to comment
Gabby.
I own her albums so I don't really stream much. But I don't see how boycotting her would be very helpful... regardless of the money we give her now, I would assume most of what her team and her father get come from her old albums and the general public - that damage has already been done. Spotify says she had 12+ million people streaming her music this past month, those are not all fans. Most of those people have no idea of what's going on with her, they just enjoy her music. So I personally don't think you should stop listening to your fave because of her current legal situation. It's much more helpful to spread awareness of what is most likely going on with her and hope the US legal system will sort it out. Link to comment
b42ad
I’ve stopped streaming but I’m still listening to my CDs / MP3s Link to comment
The Greatest Show
no. I always listen to her in phases (either I only listen to her or dont at all) and right now Im in my not listening to Britney phase.. so Im not listening but not because of a boycott. Link to comment
Lorenzo
I just couldn’t do it. I haven’t been a fan for that long (I started stanning in late 2017/early 2018) and I need to listen to her music. Plus I don’t think streaming makes them that much money, their main source of income is touring and perfumes. Link to comment
RealLarryRudolph
Haven’t listened to her music in over a week Link to comment
Sadira
i have her stuff on my computer, so why should i stop? same goes for my phone i just bought eos lip balm because of her original make me video. they got me Link to comment
colormefresh
“Chillin Wit U” was oddly calming last night. Her income is monitored by the court and if there’s anything weird happening, there’s an ongoing investigation.... So idk why anyone would boycott her music right now lmao Link to comment

I listen to my CDs a lot and stream her singles while I’m at work. I don’t think I could ever stop listening to her. Link to comment

Blackout93
I still listen to her stuff, of course. But Femme Fatale was the last I bought. I was tired of the amount of lies they were telling us (i remember the excitement about HIAM music video because of all the things they were saying and the disappointment that followed, not to mention the TTWE double body scandal) and so I decided to stop giving them my money.
