I think it would be an incredible PR move if she appeared at the Met Gala this week looking happy and healthy and dressed to the nines. Some of the most iconic looks are served there (and you just know Sam would be riding her coat tails all the way there...) Long shot, but a boy can dream!! And no pressure to perform... a good way to ease back into the GP’s eyes? Or horrible idea and she should focus on the upcoming court date and spend time with the kids?

lets say all the **** were rumors and Britney was just hiding out really doing “me” time - it would be great.

In another world I’d like to think that Britney never had a meltdown and continued to release a good few more albums after Blackout but decided after that she wanted to leave music behind and live her own life but she still attended musical events etc. We still saw her at all the events etc and everyone knows how much of a big star she is but she just seems so happy and content with her kids and supportive husband

I really don't understand some of you. You say you don't want her to do anything until she's free. Yet you are so inpatient and want her to perform, do all these public outings. You're the reason the evil Britney machine is still running. Because you are sucked into it

What’s funny is I truly believes that’s what  she saw her future as. When she said she really didn’t believe she lasted this long, she’s not lying. I think she saw that she was gonna be a one hit wonder or like a fad, collect her thousands move back home or settle down somewhere and kinda have a life of a “washed up” star where they make appearances at conventions or something or small gigs but will mostly have a normal life with a family. I mean she wrote on her blogs that she always dreamt of doing small intimate shows where the crowd is closer.

I think for a girl that loves wearing uggs, no bra, day old makeup, and her tracks showing, the met gala is like a worst nightmare. You know that nothing anybody wears there is comfortable.
