The hotel exit with Sam and how we all said she could look better if they are trying to tell us she is there just from stress. And now we are getting pics of her alone looking great.

What I don't agree with is how you seem to be very adamant that team B's narrative is 100% correct. 

As for privacy, yes, it's her right. That's why we all need to be careful when it comes to what we demand from her and her family. 

Anyway, what I'm trying to get at is I hope you can also see where everyone else on this thread is coming from. It is all out of concern for Britney. And who's to say that Team B is entirely doing what's right? If someone you love is showing difficulty in his/her life, wouldn't you ask about it? Her fans cannot simply drop this without being convinced well enough that B is okay because she is well loved. 

I don't think her team will ever reveal her diagnosis, and you can't force them to, or force Britney to. I think people are being intrusive and demanding to know personal information - that's not concern, that's being an *******. We are fans, she's the artist. She may be of public interest, but she isn't a public commodity. We have no right sticking our noses in her personal affairs because we are strangers. 
I take comfort in the fact that the court documents are sealed and I respect that she doesn't want this to be our business. I respect her when she says give me privacy. 
Posing the question to me about asking questions about someone I love is a false equivalency, Britney is a celebrity and I have never met her, I'm just a fan, so I don't have the right to ask questions about what her conservatorship is based on. I'll give her that privacy, because so much was taken away from her in 2007/2008.

there you have proof she can't choose her own friends, make phone calls, use her own money, ride her own car.... everything is on the hands of her conservator (in this case her dad).

 

the timeline of her appealing the conservatorship in public records:

 

2008: she first appeals it (deemed mentally unstable)

2009: before Circus Tour: she sends an evaluation by a psychiatrist asking for the end of the conservatorship

March 30, 2009 (a month after Circus Tour began): her dad fights her own motion, asking for a second psychiatrist evaluation

July 23, 2009: new psychiatrist agrees with first psychiatrist and also asks for the conservatorship to end

May 28, 2010: Britney and psychiatrist send and update on her mental health to give more evidence on her being mentally stable

July 29, 2011 (during Femme Fatale when she was doped af): Jamie and conservatorship lawyer makes a urgent statement

Right after that Britney and her own lawyer makes their own statement

 

April 6, 2012: Jamie asks for her boyfriend at that time, Jason Trawick, to be added as a conservator

August 21, 2012: Britney files a petition asking to shorten the conservatorship

*Media reports Britney had a meeting with the jugde on her case arguing that "she's the only person under a conservatorship to sign a $50 million deal to be a judge on a live tv show". Wants conservatorship to end. Denied by the judge.

 

2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018: no updates on her case.

 

March 4, 2019: Britney files a new urgent petition (no details) and a memo (legal defend on her behalf)

Right after that Jamie files a petition against her

Then there's a register of a lawyer, Andrew Wallet (co-conservator), being fired and asking to get paid *The same who allegedly spoke with Britney's Gram via voicemail after a month.

It appears every time she tries to petition and/or fight the conservatorship she's medicated. Only this time it got worse (they lost one conservator), so it makes sense they sent her to a mental facility. 

 

That's literally official public records, therefore proof she doesnt want this.

This is perhaps the single most important post in this thread for now, and what everyone should keep in mind through the next chapters of this pathetic soap opera Team B is setting up. SEE the details, notice the pattern. It's always the same. The last real 'unstable' Britney we've seen happened circa 2010 (when she showed signs and a new breakdown was even rumoured) and then 2011 FF era happened, after she was denied her motion. Then we had her fine for 8 years until she wanted to break free again, they put meds in to control her more and she is unable to get her freedom. This is insane and abusive, it makes me sick.
If you ask me, 100%? There's a chance the Instagram video is not even from now, it could have been prerecorded "just in case".   It's really generic and 'ready to use', and addresses none of the real issues we're discussing.
