#FREEBRITNEY | Britney’s Gram Received Worrying Voicemail Regarding Britney

Recommended Posts

OCutMs6.jpgaM6a9wr.jpghere you have proof she can't choose her own friends, make phone calls, use her own money, ride her own car.... everything is on the hands of her conservator (in this case her dad).

the timeline of her appealing the conservatorship in public records:

2008: she first appeals it (deemed mentally unstable)

2009: before Circus Tour: she sends an evaluation by a psychiatrist asking for the end of the conservatorship

March 30, 2009 (a month after Circus Tour began): her dad fights her own motion, asking for a second psychiatrist evaluation

July 23, 2009: new psychiatrist agrees with first psychiatrist and also asks for the conservatorship to end

May 28, 2010: Britney and psychiatrist send and update on her mental health to give more evidence on her being mentally stable

July 29, 2011 (during Femme Fatale when she was doped af): Jamie and conservatorship lawyer makes a urgent statement

Right after that Britney and her own lawyer makes their own statement

April 6, 2012: Jamie asks for her boyfriend at that time, Jason Trawick, to be added as a conservator

August 21, 2012: Britney files a petition asking to shorten the conservatorship

*Media reports Britney had a meeting with the jugde on her case arguing that "she's the only person under a conservatorship to sign a $50 million deal to be a judge on a live tv show". Wants conservatorship to end. Denied by the judge.

2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018: no updates on her case.

March 4, 2019: Britney files a new urgent petition (no details) and a memo (legal defend on her behalf)

Right after that Jamie files a petition against her

Then there's a register of a lawyer, Andrew Wallet (co-conservator), being fired and asking to get paid *The same who allegedly spoke with Britney's Gram via voicemail after a month.

Britney files a new memo (no detail)

Jamie Spears (conservator) files a new petition against Britney

Britney is sent to a mental facility

It appears every time she tries to petition and/or fight the conservatorship she's medicated. Only this time it got worse (they lost one conservator), so it makes sense they sent her to a mental facility.

Jon Eardley was never hired by Britney Spears formally. Can't say if she somehow contacted him, but you're right, he did act more on the interests of Sam Lufti than Britney herself. Though his motion did make sense, as in asking the case to go to federal court. What is interesting to notice is that he became a lawyer in 1987 and had never been disciplined by the court until after he got involved in Britney's case, which makes me think it may not be very good for a lawyer to try getting into this case at all.

You can check his status here:

https://members.calbar.ca.gov/fal/Licensee/Detail/132577

His legal problems started in 2011, 2 years after Britney's estate got a restraining order against him. Just seems odd that a lawyer working for more than 20 years all of a sudden starts being disciplined by California's court, the same court who is maintaining this conservatorship for more than 11 years. Also is important to notice what his lawyer said at the time he got a restraining order against him:

“It’s a misapplication of the law. We will appeal,” his statement read. “It’s a misuse of the statute, primarily because Britney Spears never testified she suffered substantial emotional distress, nor did she even file a declaration to that effect. It was never disputed that she authorized Mr. Eardley to take the action that he took on her behalf.”

https://www.accessonline.com/articles/judge-grants-restraining-order-against-sam-lutfi-attorney-jon-eardley-70501

Meaning Britney never testified against the lawyer nor claimed his statements (of her contacting him) were false. Her conservators were the only ones fighting him without a hearing from Britney herself.

Also the conservatorship lawyer at the time admitted a restraining order in this case is 'unusual'.

Now, the actual lawyer Britney hired on 2008 is another case entirely. She hired Adam Streisand, which is a very successful lawyer that won a $2billion dollar trial and is cousin to Barbra Streisand herself.

"Mr. Streisand’s trial victory for former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer against Donald Sterling resulted in Ballmer’s $2 billion purchase of the Los Angeles Clippers. ... And true to his word, Mr. Streisand not only won the case but also walked away with Jim and Johnny Buss’s resignations from all four Buss family trusts as a guarantee against any threat in the future."

https://www.natlawreview.com/author/adam-streisand

He was hired by Britney on the weekend following the conservatorship being established because she felt "her father should not be her conservator". He was simply ejected from the courtroom and right away judge Reva Goetz (the one being constantly reviewed as corrupted) decided to extend the cship. Now obviously in this case him being such a successful lawyer and cousin of a celebrity, team Britney did nothing against him... but anyway it speaks a lot that Britney hired such a strong lawyer to represent her. And also speaks a lot that the jugde not only ignored her case entirely but decided right after her appeal to extend the cship.

https://www.mtv.com/news/1580917/britney-spears-lawyer-ejected-from-courtroom-after-judge-doesnt-recognize-him-as-her-counsel/

Let's also remember that although Britney's relationship with Sam Lufti and co is far from perfect, her relationship with her father is not much better. Long before the cship or any of that 2007 drama, she already had a very troubled relationship with him on record and he was an alcoholic which makes it even more weird that he was appointed as conservator with the basis being mental health.

I think none of them should have been Britney's conservator as they are troubled themselves and had a difficult relationship with her. If that was really so necessary she should have been able to appoint the conservator herself which was her case in 2008 actually.

Is it any good for you to be "saved" by someone you have a difficult relationship with and ir order to get saved have to receive order from that person 24/7? I think Britney acting out of heart and robotic fits the idea she never really thought she was being saved in this case. She's only truly herself when around her kids which is prob the reason she didn't completely bailed on this (the custody case is not 100% on her hand).

Her case is a public case in California's public records. Ever since the beginning she has tried according to these official records to fight the conservatorship at least 7 times, but was denied by the jugde on her case, a judge that people review on her official page as 'corrupted'.

If you want to check it out for yourself, her case is number #:BP108870 on California's court website.

can anyone get access to the documents/proof where she attempted to fight the conservatorship on these specific dates from the california court website? that would be huge for BritneyGram to see and talk about
