I know. Ever since 2011, it was just a succession of bad moves in her career. Thankfully, as soon as she got more control in 2016, it got better. Proving that when she's more in control, she can have more passion and she can deliver unlike when they are in full control. Which proves how much the conservatorship is not needed anymore.

Yes, as usual they are writing their own fake narrative. Literally, Kaplan (KFed's lawyer) said the opposite and also said that her visitations were supervised unlike what it was said on TMZ / The Blast.

Harvey Levin’s TMZ is telling a damn lie!!! They know that Britney does not & can not have any form of actual legal or physical child custody of her sons while under the Cship. Jamie isn’t the only one who can do the job of conservator. There are other people that a probate judge could select to replace Jamie. There are literally people in the system, usually lawyers, whose job is to be a conservator - much like Andrew Wallet who was conservator of Britney’s finances until recently. The judge can appoint a new conservator over Britney the person and if they also choose appoint a new conservator over her finances. (That would remove Lou-natic Taylor’s TriStar from overseeing all that money!!) It’s not just Jamie - LIES! Don’t believe that!  Harvey Levin’s a lawyer so surely her knows there is more than one definition of the word custody. TMZ has intentionally misled the public choosing to defer to custody as meaning “in the care of” as opposed to the LEGAL definition of custody/child custody. It’s also about the context in which “custody” is used

Britney has not had child custody of any kind since early Jan. 2008 — which happened BEFORE the two 5150s that occurred that same month. The second 5150 resulted in Jamie obtaining two conservatorships over Britney (cship of Britney the person + cship of her finances) that is still in effect today. The cship officially began on Feb. 1, 2008. Feb. 23 is when Britney through the cship was able to reestablish visitation with her sons. Receipts below, please read link.

Since then it’s always been SUPERVISED visits with her boys. For a while there was a court appointed child monitor which may have been placed there during and or shortly after Britney & Kevin’s divorce. But the stipulation post cship is that there always be someone there monitoring Britney while she monitors her sons -  while her sons are visiting her (however you want to phrase it) whether that be Jamie, a nanny, security guard, personal assistant or other adult. Since Britney’s caretaker Jamie (dad, conservator & child monitor) has been accused of child abuse of one of the conservatee’s (Britney’s) children, they can’t be around her or Jamie since legally Jamie = Britney. 

This is why her child visitation has been cut - because of what Jamie did to Preston. Kevin will choose who he feels comfortable having the kids around as child monitor when they resume visits with Britney but it can’t be Jamie. The probate court judge will have to decide either allow Jamie to stay on as conservator & monitor despite him being accused of child abuse and having a 3 year restraining order against him to protect his grandsons from his violent unpredictable outbursts OR remove him as conservator and replace him with either another Spears relative or an independent non-familial person (a lawyer/s) so they can be conservator and monitor Britney with her sons to endure everyone’s safety.

ETA - imo it’d be best for Britney, Preston & Jayden if the judge removes Jamie as conservator of Britney the person and her finances- meaning no Lou Taylor overseeing the accounting stuff!! The judge could remove all “Jamie era” team including Lou and select all NEW & INDEPENDENT 3rd party lawyers/representatives to oversee the cship. But most likely maybe a judge would prefer to have another relative succeed Jamie just for familiarity’s sake, i.e., Lynne Spears or Bryan Spears. (Not JL. Screw you, Jamie Lynn!!🙄)

Imo the judge needs have a re-evaluation of Britney post Jamie era (maybe it’s happening now?) to decide if a cship is still the proper arrangement necessary for Britney as her condition has improved since Feb 2008 but she still needs someone looking after her in a modified, different way. If there’s a better plan that doesn’t involve a cship then the judge should/could complete remove it. Or modify it so the cship of Britney the person ends (she regains her legal freedom so she can actually petition child court for joint legal custody then build up to joint physical custody of her 2 boys - yet keep cship over her finances or make another arrangement for her finances. Just bcuz you’re wealthy with mental illness doesn’t mean you need a cship or a cship of your estate. There are other ways to protect Britney’s financial estate WITHOUT a financial cship.

let's be real. Jamie has a restaining order against Britney's kids for 3 years. There is no way he can still be her conservator because his duty was to be present when Britney is with her sons. It's INCOMPATIBLE.

I wonder if Britney has been able to see her children since that day! and who she is with now, she said she's on vacation by herself... weird.

I am waiting for Jamie to be removed as conservator and for Lynne to replace him OR (hopefully) the judge to just end the conservatorship completely. However, ending it might take a few months and in that case they better replace Jamie with Lynne. Lynne will give her freedom. I truly believe that.

Montgomery has already consented to act as the temporary conservator.

Jamie wants a hearing expedited to next Monday. He also indicated Britney is "able but unwilling" to attend the hearing. He also says she does not want to contest the proceeding and does not object to temporarily appointing Montgomery as conservator.

Jamie has battled intestinal issues for nearly a year and was in serious condition late last year. His colon had ruptured and he underwent multiple surgeries.

He knows the backlash would be even more real for him if he stays a conservator after that hearing on september 18 so what a convenient timing for him 

His poor imaginery illness. What is it going to be now? Preston hit him too hard in the colon when he tried to defend himself against his abuse.

Of course he would put a care manager who only worked with Britney for a year instead of her mom and you file for it before the big hearing because he's scared that Lynne will replace him which will probably result on a bigger chance for Britney to get out of the conservatorship.

The last thing we need is another corrupted person hired by Jamie.
