#FREEBRITNEY | Britney’s Gram Received Worrying Voicemail Regarding Britney

After you file the petition, the court may schedule a hearing. States vary on when hearings are required and when they may be waived and a ruling made "summarily." For instance, a hearing might not be necessary if the basis for the termination is that the protected person died. By contrast, a hearing might be required if the basis of the termination is that the protected person is no longer incapacitated. In this case if possible, the court would likely want to ask the protected person questions and hear testimony from experts before making a determination. If the court approves the request, the conservator may have additional duties to the court, such as providing a final accounting of the assets and documenting that he completed the transfer of any property he managed back to the protected person or his estate.

Guys look at this! It really can mean conservatorship is going down!

It’s not a sure thing, yeah since lately they have been under a microscope more the court might give it a second thought but they have to make objective decisions and not be bias and these hearings happen every year so they might just let it continue base on the receipts team b provides.

Hmmm the blast has a new article on her finances the same day a new hearing is scheduled to discuss her finances...

Theres even props/ justification from the greatest most competent business manager in the world... Thank Jesus for you and your endless talents Lou Lou! Unfortunately they won’t save you when you drop the soap… Don’t forget that!

Britney's portfolio is staggering, with enough investment accounts, mutual funds and trusts set up to make any accountant's head spin.”

Seriously, setting up a trust to buy a house is very strange, at least for us common folks.
