Britney Spears is in court right now addressing the judge about the conservatorship that she has been under since 2008. Her atty said she wanted to address the court in person as she has done several times in the past. 

2 or 3 in-person appearances in 11 years is considered “several” times. 

Where’s the court appointed attorney been all this time? Who filed the docs in January, him like he’s supposed to do for his client, or Britney took matters into her own hands... Did it herself? Her court appointed lawyer is virtually useless.
