According to court documents retrieved by The Blast, Britney Spears's co-conservator Andrew Wallet resigned after over ten years in March 2019. In his resignation, Wallet stated, "Substantial detriment, irreparable harm and immediate danger will result to the conservatee and her estate if the relief requested herein in not granted on an ex parte basis."[235] Later in March 2019, it was reported that Spears entered a psychiatric facility to focus on self-care amidst stress from her father's illness.[236]However, on April 12, 2019, a "special emergency" episode of the podcast Britney's Gram aired, with an anonymous paralegal source alleging Spears has been in the mental health facility since January against her will, ordered by her father after she abandoned her prescribed medication. The source then alleged he threatened to pull the Vegas residency if she did not take her medication, and because she didn't, as well as start driving with her boyfriend (as she is not allowed to do under the conservatorship), the Domination residency was cancelled. The podcast went into detail that the conservatorship was supposed to end after the Circus tour in 2009 as the anonymous source stated "The idea was: go on tour, show us you’re stable and well and that this conservatorship will help you regain custodial rights.” The source then further questioned the nature of the ongoing 11 year conservatorship stating, "For background, conservatorships are serious business: They’re usually reserved for elderly people who can’t take care of themselves or their finances; those who have been critically injured or impaired in an accident; or adults with developmental disabilities. Since 2009, Spears has recorded, released, promoted, and toured numerous albums. So, she doesn’t match any of those qualifications (that we’re publicly aware of), and for at least the last year, she has reportedly been in talks with her father and medical professionals to have the conservatorship brought to an end."[237]

Following the podcast, there was social media backlash to the alleged abuse of power and violation of human rights Spears has endured under a conservatorship by her father and the mismanagement of Lou Taylor, who came into her life through her sister's pregnancy and convinced her father to initiate the conservatorship in the first place. Stories detailing Taylor's money mismanagement and alleged extreme religious views with funding an anti-LGBT cause with Spears's money circulated.[238][239]A TMZ article published in 2010 resurfaced, discussing Taylor bailing out Lindsay Lohan and mentioned "Taylor is not shy about pushing her born again religious views... something we're told scared the hell out of Britney... but we're also told Brit got over it when Taylor engineered the financial end of Brit's very successful concert tour."[240] The Blast published an exclusive article stating Britney Spears's advisors feared for her life if she did not get treatment, stating the singer's life was "out of control", and corroborated the story Jamie Spears felt it was best she enter the facility to fix these issues and fabricated the story involving her dad's health as a cover-up.[241]TMZ later posted several conflicting stories, detailing in a video that although Spears had not been formally diagnosed with bipolar disorder, she is receiving medication for it, and justified this, which was later deleted.[242] On April 22, 2019, fans held a protest outside the West Hollywood City Hall, demanding that Spears be released from the facility, suggesting she was being detained against her will, and holding signs which read "Free Britney" and "Truth Will Set Her Free.".[243][244]

A post from Spears's Instagram account was made on 24 April, featuring Britney in the video assuring fans "all is well" and she "just needed time to deal". In the caption, Spears addresses the viral Twitter thread and the emails about Lou Taylor, saying, "These fake emails everywhere were crafted by Sam Lutfi years ago... I did not write them. He was pretending to be me and communicating with my team with a fake email address."[245] Lutfi responded on Twitter saying, "Nice try Lou but this isn't going to work this time around" with an image detailing that he can "unequivocally state [he] never wrote nor had access to her e-mail. Her team's desperate attempt to direct negative attention onto me (yet again) is a rather ineffective way to overshadow the FreeBritney movement. In addition to making certain people in her camp look bad, the e-mails in question show a woman capable of running her own life, a narrative they apparently want to hide."[246] Many fans speculated Lou Taylor wrote the caption for Spears's post to cover up her past. Drag queen Shea Coulee's viral tweet thread detailed speculation on the singer's response to the movement, "I posted this comment on @britneyspears IG, but it has already been deleted", in which the comment questioned the caption being Spears herself and the nature of the conservatorship.[247] Coulee also stated, "[...] part of her conservator agreement prevents Britney from owning a phone. So who took that video? Even the caption with its accusations against Sam Lutfi don’t sound like Britney".[248] Spears left the facility the following day.[249] It was reported on April 24 2019, Spears has a new conservatorship hearing for May 10, 2019.[250]

That's really clear cut :cuteidk: But I thought her team and only officials were supposed to edit wiki pages if celebrities?

Conservatorship means that the ward has fewer rights than a convicted felon.  She can be ordered by the court or conservator not to discuss her case.  Others around her can be gag ordered not to discuss it as well or be held in contempt of court.  I have seen cases in which people have actually been jailed for speaking out--in one case for three years.  Britney has been "unpersoned" by the court, which means that all of her fundamental human rights have been removed.  She has been deemed "incapacitated".  Therefore, her assets have been removed from her control and she isn't entitled to know where the assets are going.  She can be drugged against her will, as many elderly wards are.  Elders usually have their homes sold out from under them.  All of their assets are sold off, including heirlooms.  Anyone living with the elder can be evicted.  The elder is then warehoused in a facility and all visits are monitored, the charges accumulated to do this are all charged to the elder without their consent now that they have no rights.   If family goes to court to free their loved one and their estate, the conservator (or guardian in some states) can use the ward's money to hire a defense attorney and fight the family.  For more on this, please like my page and learn about it.  There IS a monster under your bed. People don't understand that their rights can be taken away on an emergency basis without their even knowing it, and it can happen with the stroke of a judge's pen.   Emergency conservatorships are supposed to be temporary but usually they are until death do us part.   https://www.facebook.com/boomersbeware

Robin Greenhill. She's Britney's assistant.

She used to have assistants that genuinely cared about her, like Brett and Fe

Then all of a sudden, circa 2012 I think, it was just this cold old *****, who has always been close to Larry and not so kind with Britney

This is odd :schoolingtime:
