I think 2010 had that too, it just became more obvious in 2011, hence the Awkwardney 

but she was genuinely happy in 2016 imo

The best (for me) are 2008, 2009, 2016. I voted 2009 because I love circus tour, I think it’s her best tours. However, I think she gave her best in 2016. I also loved 2015 because she gave us a lot of great appearances and there were many great candids (I miss mermaidney so much)). She also won a VMA in 2009 (video of the year I think).

She won Best Pop Video for Womanizer at the 2009 VMAs, well deserved too.

I'm happy to see someone support 2015ney, she is overshadowed by the other three you mentioned
