jennyj
One of Domination's choregraphers is Nika Kljun (@nikakljun on Insta). After looking at some of her vids, most of her work is very cringy lol. Like too much fast jerky movements and too much faux-hood moves. Britney's style and her classic urban moves are way more iconic than this. Thoughts? 1 Link to comment

Popular Post CrAzAY
The cringe is real, she looks like a cheerleader trying to be hood. Its weird cause hip hop was popular in the early 2000s too but the trend never got this corny. But early 2000s hip hop was good, and today’s hip hop is...well...trash. Trash makes for more trash I guess. Someone needs to save this music industry. 1 12 Link to comment
Popular Post really really cool guy
99% of the professional dancers move like that though. They love exagerating their moves. Brian Friedman could be having seizures and no one would notice the difference 1 19 Link to comment

Steel Magnolia
I really hope that when she returns to the stage it's with a whole new team. I can't stand the inauthenticity any more. 5 Link to comment

That second video in the OP, it's very Currentney in the sense that it seems she's dancing to an imaginary song that we can't listen, because it just doesn't match the song. That obsession with trying to fit 56437 moves in half a second is ridiculous. I don't know about music terms or dance terms or any kind of theory about that, but when I look at something, I know when it looks good and I know, and we all know, when it just looks horrendous. In my opinion, choreographies are better when moves follow the pace of the lyrics in the song. If there is a music break with no words, then it has to match the strongest beat, the main beat that defines the melody, but this type of dancing seems like they're trying to create a move for every single tiny sound that they hear. I was watching the other day a clip from the Circus tour, I don't remember if it was Circus or BOMT, but Britney was just walking around the stage at some moments, but she somehow managed to match every single step with the beat of the music, and it looked perfect, there was harmony, there was beauty and perfection lol I'd rather have that, than having these thousands of "fierce" moves that make the dancer look like they're having a stroke or something. 1 10 Link to comment
Scrappy
Yeah... thank you, next. I can see why Britney might like it because she can't choreograph for crap, but it's beyond cringe. The second vid, for instance, I'm trying really hard to see the **** but she comes across as oddly robotic and lacking any real passion. Britney needs to up her game and this gesturing to mimic the words or pseudo-**** won't cut it. 1 Link to comment
BOBIBCFBG
lgr we'd freak if she ever did that choreography. the clips of her rehearsals looked great so... why you worried? the show isnt even happening for a while anyway Link to comment

Yeah they promise a lot so I’m afraid of if the show were to go on and it’s not what they promised, then they can flip it around and say well we can only do so much, it’s also up to the team so they can deflect the hate from them and on to team Britney, yes they deserve it but they are also the creative of the show too. I mean that video alone is way too much, they really are PR whores. 1 Link to comment

Britney actually dances great when she and her dancers take the time to choreograph together, because they know each other's styles and comfort levels better and caters the choreography to their style (in this clip she has no anxious hair fixing or twitches because it's her style, and it's very similiar to her classic choreo). Whereas some choreographers like Nika just throw their own routines onto them and expect them to do it. Which is why POM a lot of the dancers and Brit looks uncomfortable counting steps and out of sync. It's definitely miles sexier and natural than Nika's lol 5 Link to comment
floopy22
Wow, that could have gotten us iconic moves such as the arm tap and head tap. 1 Link to comment

hibiscus.berry.TEA
Hm, yeah I see what you mean with cringey, her moves seem quite forced, but to be fair, the first video is her dancing with kids and that choreo looks really weird when kids do it, at least I think that's part of the problem there lol. And then constantly posting pics of their kid with his perfect haircut. I finally had to unfollow because it was making me nauseous. They seemed like the kind of famewhores that Britney would despise. 1 Link to comment
